MY PHILOSOPHY:
I believe our natural state is one of physical, mental, and spiritual wholeness and balance. Challenging life events can bring us out of alignment with our true selves and our authentic nature. We can” forget” how to return to our natural peaceful and playful self and need help to realign ourselves with who we really are. and to take actions in our lives in accord with our integrity and values.

My therapeutic approach is to help you break the pattern that keeps you stuck and help you move towards who you want to be. I help you to reconnect with your true self and with others in your life by acting as a mirror for you. In this way, you can explore and discover unknown parts of yourself in a safe and engaging environment. As you recognize and use your internal and external resources more effectively, you can see and choose healthier life options. You can move from fear and negativity to love and fulfillment!
